How consent is collected
Guests enter a phone number during checkout contact steps and during phone-based account verification flows. The number is used only for transactional booking and account messages — confirmations, reminders, cancellations, and one-time verification codes.
The consent language is shown before the user completes the flow. The exact opt-in language, frequency disclosure, opt-out instructions, and links to our policies are documented below.
SyncReserve is operated by Sobrino Consulting Inc. This proof page is for the platform-level transactional number, not a single club-specific sender.

I agree to receive transactional SMS from SyncReserve regarding my bookings, account activity, reminders, cancellations, and service updates.

Opt-out
Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SyncReserve message. Opt-outs are honored immediately across all transactional senders. Reply HELP to receive support contact information, or email support@syncreserve.com.
