Guided switch plan
Switching should not feel like rebuilding your club by hand.
Legacy systems, spreadsheets, and custom workarounds all leave behind different data shapes. SyncReserve treats migration as a careful implementation workflow: source review, data preparation, staff verification, and launch support.
01
Review your current operating model
We review your booking rules, memberships, programs, staff workflows, payment setup, exports, and source-system limitations before anything moves.
02
Migrate with clean imports and human verification
We prepare source data, clean records, use approved import workflows, and verify the operational records your staff actually needs before launch.
03
Go live with the team close
We guide cutover, staff readiness, AI-assisted support prep, and the first live days so switching feels controlled instead of chaotic.
Source-system exports and gaps are reviewed before a migration promise is made.
Important records are imported, sampled, and verified with your team.
Staff workflows, payment rules, and guest booking paths are tested before cutover.
FAQ
Common questions
Do you offer a free trial?
Simple clubs can request a guided preview or limited trial when no migration, staff setup, payment configuration, or implementation labor is required. Switches and complex launches use a paid launch pilot or scoped launch plan.
What does guided switching mean?
For incumbent takeouts, we review the source system, map the records that matter, define the migration class, and stay close through cutover instead of promising unlimited migration upfront.
Is onboarding included?
Standard launch support is included for straightforward launches. Legacy data cleanup, complex imports, custom integrations, and multi-location rollout work are scoped separately.
Which plan will most established clubs choose?
Most serious single-location operators should land on Pro. That is where memberships, programming, advanced CRM, campaigns, staff workflows, reporting, and guided launch support come together.
Can we start with Starter and upgrade later?
Yes, when Starter is the right fit: one location, up to 8 courts/resources, simple operations, and a standard launch. Larger or more complex clubs may start on Pro or a custom plan.
Is AI included?
AI-assisted workflows are available as an add-on and are included or qualified in Pro depending on the use case. Advanced automation, WhatsApp-heavy workflows, and Network use cases are scoped.
Do you handle migration from another system?
Yes, after the source-system complexity is understood. Straightforward launches can fit standard support. Complex imports, cleanup, incumbent migration, and multi-location rollout work are scoped before pricing is finalized.
Which path fits a new club versus a switch?
Starter is the fit for new and simpler clubs. Pro is the fit when migration confidence, memberships, programming, staff workflows, and finance operations matter. Network is for multi-location rollout, centralized oversight, and complex operators.
How does the pricing model work?
The public model has three plans with resource bands. Starter covers up to 8 courts/resources, Pro covers up to 16, and Network is scoped. Launch, migration, integrations, and unusually heavy support are qualified separately.
What finance workflows are included?
Starter includes the core payments system. Pro and Network add the accounting workspace, accountant exports, and stronger finance operations for month-close and reporting.
Do members get a mobile-friendly experience?
Yes. Members can book, manage accounts, access passes, and use self-check-in flows from a mobile-friendly white-label experience.
Do we have to use SyncReserve payments?
Embedded payments are the preferred path because they keep bookings, balances, and enforcement logic connected. Some outside-processor cases can be scoped when operationally necessary.
Are payments processing fees included?
No. Payments processing fees are separate from the software subscription and any scoped launch work.
Can Canadian clubs pay in CAD?
Yes. Canadian clubs pay in CAD and U.S. clubs pay in USD.
