Use cases · Multi-court clubs

One platform for every court, every sport.

Clubs running 6+ courts, mixed sports, member-only windows, and league play — without three different tools and a spreadsheet.

Stripe Terminal at the desk, online checkout for members, weather closures with one click.

Core capabilities

What ships pre-configured.

These aren't features you wire up. They're the defaults the platform assumes when you tell it you run a racquet club.

Per-sport defaults

Each court is typed. Pricing, slot durations, equipment add-ons, and reservation windows are sport-aware out of the box.

Member access tiers

Gold, silver, junior, corporate. Visibility, booking windows, and pricing flow from the tier — no per-rule wiring.

Weather & lighting

One-click closures with member notifications. Lighting surcharges apply automatically after configured cutoffs.

Maintenance blocks

Recurring blocks for resurfacing, league nights, and clinics. Booking engine respects them across every channel.

Mixed payment paths

Card-present, online checkout, payment links, account credit, and house accounts all reconcile to one ledger.

Court utilization

See peak vs off-peak, sport mix, member vs guest share, and revenue per court. Export for ops review.

How migration works

From map to live in about two weeks.

No multi-month implementation. We map your operation, migrate the data, and stand by for the first live weekend.

01Map

Map your courts.

Type each court, set hours, member-only windows, and surcharges. Most clubs finish setup in under a day with our team.

02Import

Migrate members & history.

Members, balances, recurring bookings, and historical revenue come over. Players keep their data and account credit.

03Go live

Cut over with us in the room.

First live weekend supported hands-on. Staff get a runbook for desk workflows, refunds, and weather days.

FAQ

Questions multi-court clubs ask.

How does SyncReserve handle peak vs off-peak pricing?
Each court has a pricing matrix: time-of-day windows × member tier × guest type. Holidays, league nights, and seasonal rates layer on top. Players see the rate before they confirm.
Can members book on behalf of guests without paying member rates?
Yes. Guest fees attach to the booking and bill to the host member's payment method. The guest record stays on the booking for check-in and future contact.
What happens to recurring bookings during a weather closure?
One closure action cancels the affected window, notifies all impacted players, refunds or credits per policy, and reopens the slots. Recurring patterns resume the next valid date.
Can we run private events and tournaments on the same calendar?
Yes. Block out courts for events, route public traffic to remaining courts, and keep one source of truth for utilization reporting.
