Competitive play, run cleanly.

From a weekend round-robin to a season-long league — registration, scheduling, brackets, payouts, and player comms in one place.

Fit

Built for the operators running competitive play.

One engine handles your weekend open, your club championship, and your spring league.

01Formats

Brackets, round-robins, ladders

Single elim, double elim, pool play, ladders, and seasonal leagues — generate the format, not a spreadsheet.

02Scale

8 to 256+ entrants

Weekend opens, club championships, and multi-week leagues run on the same engine with the same toolset.

03Money

Entry fees + payouts

Stripe collects entries; prizes pay out via account credit or external transfer — full audit trail on the ledger.

04Comms

Email + SMS players

Confirmations, match-time alerts, score reminders, and finals notices — all from the event, no exports.

Core capabilities

Every part of the event, in one place.

No exporting registration into one tool, brackets into another, and payments into a third. The event lives on a single record.

Online registration

Configurable forms with skill levels, partner pairing, waivers, and merch upsell at checkout. Entries close on schedule.

Bracket generation

Seeding from rating, registration order, or manual override. Single elim, double elim, pool-to-bracket, and round-robin.

Court allocation

Auto-assign matches to available courts per round, with buffer time and surface preferences respected.

Live check-in & scoring

Players check in from their phone. Front desk advances winners, posts scores, and notifies the next round automatically.

Prize handling

Prize pool calculated from entries. Payouts to winners as account credit or external transfer with reconciled records.

Player communications

Email + SMS for confirmations, match windows, weather changes, and finals. Templates per event, send from your domain.

Event lifecycle

From signup page to prize payouts.

The same engine carries the event from the day registration opens to the morning after the final.

01Configure

Set up the event.

Pick the format, divisions, entry fee, court block, and waiver. Publish the registration page on your domain.

02Run

Run the day from one screen.

Check in players, seed the bracket, allocate courts, and advance matches. Players see updates in real time.

03Settle

Pay out and publish results.

Prize money posts to player ledgers, results publish to the event page, and reporting feeds your accounting export.

  • Registration, pairings, and waivers in one form.
  • Brackets generated in seconds, not exported to Excel.
  • Prizes settle to the player record — no manual checks.
FAQ

Questions tournament directors ask.

Can players register without creating a SyncReserve account?
Yes. Guest registration captures the data needed for the event and follows up later with an account invite if you want to convert entrants into members.
How are partner pairings handled for doubles events?
Players can register with a named partner, request matching, or join a partner pool. Pairing flows happen before bracket generation.
What happens if a match needs to be rescheduled mid-event?
Move the match to a new court or time slot from the event console. Both players get a notification; downstream rounds adjust automatically.
Can leagues run for a whole season with weekly standings?
Yes. League formats track weekly results, standings, tiebreakers, and playoffs. Players see their schedule and current standing from their player portal.
How does prize money reach the winners?
Prize amounts post as account credit on the player ledger by default — usable for future bookings or programs. Optional external transfer via Stripe payouts for cash distributions.
