Platform Overview

Use this page when you need the shortest possible explanation of what SyncReserve is and how to think about the rest of the docs.

What this page proves

SyncReserve is not a single-purpose booking site. It is a platform that brings together guest experiences, daily operations, business administration, and external integration capability in one product.

For evaluators, the important point is that SyncReserve spans three major product layers:

  • a public guest and member experience
  • an operator-facing admin workspace
  • a setup and launch layer for implementation and go-live

That breadth is what the rest of the docs are organized around.

The three product surfaces

Public club site

This is the customer-facing side of the platform for browsing, booking, paying, enrolling, and managing account activity.

Admin dashboard

This is the operating side of the platform for service execution, customer management, commercial control, reporting, governance, and AI-assisted workflows.

Onboarding and setup

This is the launch side of the platform for getting a new tenant ready before day-to-day usage becomes the primary concern.

How to use the docs

The public docs are organized around jobs to be done, not internal menu exhaustiveness.

  • the top navigation is the main map
  • the left navigation narrows the active section
  • each article should answer one primary question about what SyncReserve enables

If you already know the business question you are trying to answer, go directly to that section. If you do not, start here and move outward.

What this page is not

This page is a product orientation.

It is not:

  • a feature inventory
  • an internal architecture document
  • a route-by-route tour of the product
  • /docs/overview/admin-navigation
  • /docs/guest-experience/guest-site-navigation
  • /docs/platform-api/platform-api-overview
