AI Workspace

Use this page when you need the tenant-facing AI control model, not the external platform API contract.

What this area is for

The AI workspace is where club operators shape how SyncReserve's assistant behaves in customer-facing conversations.

At a high level, this area brings together:

  • assistant settings and operating rules
  • knowledge base management
  • dry-run testing
  • conversation and usage analytics
  • AI-assisted suggestions that still keep operators in control

For public docs, the important message is that SyncReserve supports both sides of the AI story:

  • external agent access through the platform contract
  • tenant-controlled assistant configuration inside the admin product

Main routes

/admin/ai

This is the main AI assistant workspace.

It functions as the operator control surface for messaging AI behavior, including assistant settings, usage visibility, and approval-aware AI assistance.

/admin/ai/knowledge-base

This route is the knowledge-management surface for the tenant assistant.

Clubs can shape what the assistant knows by maintaining FAQ content and by bringing in public website material.

/admin/ai/test-chat

This route is the dry-run testing surface.

It lets operators preview assistant responses before they depend on the assistant in live customer conversations.

/admin/ai/analytics

This route is the reporting surface for AI conversation performance.

It gives clubs a way to evaluate adoption, handoffs, tool use, and operational confidence over time.

How this helps clubs evaluate the platform

For a buyer, this workspace shows that SyncReserve treats AI as an operational product capability rather than a hidden background feature.

That matters because clubs usually need all of the following:

  • configuration and control
  • oversight and measurement
  • testing before rollout
  • human approval at the right boundary

How this differs from external integration docs

The admin AI workspace is not the same thing as:

  • the public discovery layer
  • the platform API
  • the MCP surface for third-party agents

Those surfaces help external systems connect to SyncReserve. The AI workspace helps the tenant operate and govern its own assistant behavior.

What this page is not

This page is an orientation guide.

It is not:

  • a full admin operating playbook
  • /docs/platform-api/mcp-tools-and-agent-workflows
  • /docs/customers/people-campaigns-and-messaging
  • /docs/settings/settings-overview
