Settings Overview

Use this page when the question is how a club governs and configures SyncReserve, not how it runs daily service.

What this area proves

Set Up Your Business is where SyncReserve shows whether a club can shape the platform to match its own identity, policies, and operating rules.

For evaluators, this area demonstrates support for:

  • brand and tenant identity control
  • payment, tax, and policy configuration
  • integrations and system-level setup
  • governance, staff, and audit-oriented controls
  • notification and compliance-related setup

The main configuration themes

Brand and tenant identity

This is the layer that helps a club present SyncReserve as its own operating environment rather than a generic booking tool.

Payments and policy

These controls matter because commercial setup is not only about accepting money. It also includes the policy layer that shapes how transactions and guest expectations are handled.

System governance

Clubs also need a place to manage staff access, integrations, notifications, and review-oriented controls. Their presence is a strong signal that the platform can support real governance rather than one shared admin login and a handful of basic toggles.

That governance layer now also includes Settings > Developers for tenant-managed API setup:

  • app registration and allowed origins
  • live and test key lifecycle
  • webhook setup and replay review
  • monthly platform usage visibility
  • docs handoff into /docs

How this differs from adjacent areas

  • Settings is for configuration and governance.
  • Operations is for live execution.
  • Offerings is for product and inventory design.
  • Accounting is for finance review after the transaction.

That separation matters because strong operators need more than one “admin” bucket. They need clear boundaries between setup, execution, and review.

What this page is not

This page is a public-facing configuration summary.

It is not:

  • a launch checklist
  • a route-by-route setup manual
  • a disclosure of every internal settings branch or permission rule
  • /docs/offerings/courts-programs-and-memberships
  • /docs/accounting/accounting-workspace-overview
  • /docs/reference/roles-and-navigation
  • /docs/reference/developers-workspace
