Credits
Use this page when the question is how SyncReserve supports stored guest value that can be reused in later purchases.
What credits are
Credits are a guest-facing balance that can be applied toward future payments.
For evaluators, credits matter because they show that SyncReserve can support more flexible customer-value handling than one-time card charges alone.
Credits can come from scenarios such as:
- refunds converted into club value
- redeemed stored value
- operator-issued adjustments
How to think about credits
Credits are part of the payment experience, but they are not the same thing as a payment method.
They represent reusable value inside the guest relationship. That makes them useful for customer service, recovery, and repeat spending patterns that a club may want to encourage.
What guests usually review
Guests typically want visibility into:
- current balance
- transaction history
- how value was added
- how value was used
What this page is not
This page is a public reference summary.
It is not:
- a full value-ledger specification
- a breakdown of every credit source or transfer rule
- a substitute for payment or refund policy docs
