My Account Overview
Use this page when you need the self-service account overview rather than a specific booking, payment, or settings workflow.
What this experience is for
My Account is where SyncReserve shifts from one-time booking into an ongoing customer relationship.
For clubs evaluating the platform, this is important because the guest experience does not end at checkout. Guests and members can come back to manage future activity, review history, and handle account-level tasks in the same system.
What guests can usually do here
The exact mix varies by club, but the account experience commonly supports:
- reviewing upcoming bookings and related activity
- opening booking-level detail when self-service actions are allowed
- managing profile, notifications, billing, and payment settings
- viewing membership, package, credit, or pass context
- returning to club-specific account features such as household, waivers, progress, or house account balance where enabled
Why this matters for clubs
An account area helps clubs do more than accept reservations.
- it supports repeat usage and member retention
- it reduces front-desk support load for common self-service tasks
- it gives customers one place to manage their relationship with the club
- it reinforces memberships, packages, and other recurring value models
How access usually works
My Account is an authenticated area.
Depending on tenant setup, guests may enter through:
- SMS-based verification
- member credentials
- other tenant-specific account access patterns
The important point for public docs is that SyncReserve supports authenticated self-service without forcing every guest interaction through the front desk.
Scope note
My Account is not the same thing as the focused payment-link routes.
My Accountis the ongoing self-service hub- payment-link routes are focused payment tasks
What this page is not
This page is an account-capability overview.
It is not:
- a route-by-route map of every settings subsection
- a guarantee that every tenant exposes every account feature
- a detailed explanation of booking cancellation rules or payment states
